Although it doesn't look or feel like summer here in Minnesota, it's technically spring which means summer is right around the corner.

I feel like every summer comes around, then goes by so fast, but since this is my last summer here at home before I move almost 2,000 miles away for college- I'm expecting it to be a good one- and there's no better thing than to have these essentials during the summer!

1. IT Cosmetics CC Cream! 
I love CC cream in the summer because it looks and feels really light. This one in particular is my favorite because of the SPF protection which is super important during the summer, and not to mention the formula has a great scent to it that isn't perfume-y but doesn't smell like chemicals!



2. Summer Candle
I need to tell you about this candle. I'm a year-round candle lighter and there is no better candle to light in the summer than Sea Love Candles and I swear by this! These candles are safe-burning, and very aesthetically pleasing, especially for a summer beach vibe. I'm currently burning the scent "Sail Away" and I'm going to need to repurchase soon, because I love this candle. There is nothing I don't love about these candles and I think they're the perfect addition for a summer time scent!


3. Bikini Bag
I would say a staple bikini, but we all have those ready by now! If you really love your bikini's you'll have a cute bikini bag for them! Surfers Paraiso sent me this adorable one, and I can't get over the pattern! I've used this twice already while traveling to Arizona, and it's been so much better than just throwing my wet bikini into my suitcase and getting everything else wet. I also like to use mine when I'm headed to the pool at the gym, and beach!


4. Stacks of bracelets 
I can't live without bracelets in the summer, especially the waterproof, wax-coated bracelets everyone's been loving the past few summers! Not only do they last forever, but they make anything brighter and more fun- what summer is all about! Some of my favorite bracelets in the summer to wear are my Lokai as well as a new brand I've recently discovered- Surfers Paraiso! 5. Sunnies
Sunglasses are important in the summer, not only for the looks but also to protect your eyes from the sun rays! I own a LOT of sunglasses, but a couple of my favorites come from Brandy Melville and Target! It's important to keep a sunglasses case on you at all times to keep them safe and ready for you to use!
